Dr. Chinmayee Nayak is a Project Scientist at the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, India. She was also associated with Teaching assistantship, IIT Kanpur on instruments (SEM, XRD, POD Tribometer, Compression molding) tutorial and laboratory classes for undergraduate and graduate students, India(January 2017-July 2019) & Quality control engineer, TATA Nano Assembly line R&D, Kheria Autocomp Ltd., Sanand, Ahmedabad, India (Responsible for quality inspection, control, and improvement of plastic parts of the TATA Nano vehicle)-(August 2012-June 2013)
Dr. Chinmayee holds a PhD. degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, India (July 2016 – October 2021), and Masters degrees from the Indian Institute of Technology (BHU), Varanasi, India respectively.
She has been awarded & honoured:
– Best Oral Presentation Award in 12th International conference on Advancement in Polymeric Materials (APM) 2021, held at CIPET, Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
– Proficiency Academic Award, 2012 (B.Tech.) CIPET, Bhubaneswar, Odisha
– Chapter of Excellence award, 2019 Material Advantage, IIT Kanpur chapter, TMS (2019-20).
